Consultation & Planning Session

We are committed to creating unique, artistic and personalized images for you to share with family and friends, and to display in your home. Creating portraits that are uniquely yours requires that we understand who you are: likes, dislikes, activities, ideas, personality, sense of style, etc.  Knowing this we are empowered to help you achieve the portraits you desire.

The planning session is free and is highly recommended for sessions where there will be multiple backdrops, clothing changes, and location photo shoots. We will talk about the outfits you plan to wear, hair styling, makeup, pets or special items that you will bring from home as well as many other details to ensure that your session is everything you want. We will show you the many different products we offer and give you ideas about the types of images that are possible.

This is the day we will schedule your Portrait Session and a "rain date" for location sessions. Your session fee is due at this time in order to reserve your appointment time and is non refundable.

Portrait Session

It's the Big Day! The session is generally fast paced and fun so that we can include as many of your outfits and ideas into your session time as possible. Family and friends are welcome to come along to your session if it will help you feel more relaxed. A parent or legal guardian is required to be at the session for those who are under 18.

Please be on time to your session, however no more than 10 minutes early. Appointments in which you arrive more than 20 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.

During this session we project a musical slideshow of your images in a video format that is especially made for you. We then project each image separately so that you can see the image qualities that can not be duplicated by your computer monitor during online reviewing.

All of your images will receive digital enhancement to soften or remove lines and imperfections helping you appear your best. Typically, this session is scheduled 2-3 weeks after your portrait session.

You will be given a User ID and Password for previewing your images online. We will also schedule a date for you to come in and place your order. Your Ordering Session will be scheduled for a day 2-3 weeks after your Preview Session.

Ordering Session

During the Ordering Session we will project your images again and assist you in selecting the very best images for the products you are ordering.

Half of your order amount is due the day of the Ordering Session. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of your portraits. Sales tax will be added to all orders.

We keep your image files up to 60 days from your Preview Session. After this date an additional charge of $50 per month will be incurred to retain your files.

Order Pickup

The great reveal!

Your portraits will be ready for pickup in about 2-3 weeks after the Ordering Session. Album and Designer Coffee Table Books can take several weeks longer depending on the number and size of the pages.

At this time we will show you the many framing options for your wall or accent portraits.
