Payment and General Information
Session Fees are due when you reserve your appointment time and are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy: In-studio session appointments may be rescheduled if we are given a 24 hour notice. After a second reschedule of the appointment another session fee is required. Location and sessions scheduled to last over 2 hours may be rescheduled if a week's notice is given. After a second cancellation we will not accept another appointment.
Sales Tax will be added to your order and to all session fees.
Half of your order amount is due the day of the Ordering Session. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of your portraits.
Our prices are subject to change without notice.
We will keep your image files up to 60 days from your Preview Session. After this date an additional charge of $50 per month will be incurred to retain your files.
